NEW DFE data requirements 2016 you can find our New EAL Proficiency & Assessment Framework here and information on the data you have been asked to collect. Schools are advised to be sensitive about asking for data about nationality and country of birth - this is not compulsory and parents can refuse. ( New EAL Assessments can be found below )
